This species seems to be present almost everywhere, from coastal dunes to high mountain pastures. It is easy to ignore, being so common, but it definitely gives the photographer a run for his money as it is restless and easily spooked from a distance. 

From many attempts I have achieved but few decent butterfly photographs.
