Pseudophilotes bavius - Bavius Blue
This very worn individual is the only butterfly of this species I have knowingly ever seen. Indeed, the photos remained on file long after taken in the belief they depicted vicrama. However, the hindwing underside orange in S6 & S7, faintly visible suggest bavius.... one I definitely need to find fresh for butterfly photos in the future, presumably earlier than the early June date this was taken in Southern Turkey.
